Cancellation or Reschedule- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of $75. Please reach out to us as soon as you see a potential conflict and we can help you reschedule and hopefully avoid having to pay this fee. • Appointment No Show- If you no show to any scheduled appointment or arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged $75. Once again, if you foresee any issue that would prevent you from making it to your appointment please reach out and we can help you reschedule and avoid a cancellation if outside of 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not give us at least 48 hours advance notice of a need to change your appointment time the deposit fee paid will be used as a late cancellation/ no show fee. Scheduling another appointment will then be an additional $75 to be charged prior to booking. To help with this as a courtesy when time allows, Meli will make appointment reminder texts.
